Exchange policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased online must first contact us via email and have the product returned to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange it.

The merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice and original packaging. Returned items must be safely packaged, shipped, and postmarked via USPS First Class Mail or your national Postal Service (for international returns).

The product must be returned to us first before we ship out the new exchanged item. 

While we appreciate your business, we have a strict exchange-only policy and cannot offer refunds for any of our products. 


The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. Shipping and handling charges on the original purchase are nonrefundable.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Items that show evidence of wear
  • Items purchased at a discount, or on sale.
  • Personalized or customized items
