Shipping & Returns


All fine jewelry is custom made to order and requiries at least 2-3 weeks of production time before they are shipped out.

Once your item ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, as well as notification of any delays. All order questions, concerns, and updates should be addressed to!


SINFUL JEWELS ships FedEx and UPS insured and offers three shipping options within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We ship Standard (ground), 2nd Day Air, and Overnight Next Day Air. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped second day. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


International orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.


We will provide you with a tracking number that you can track from our warehouse to your country. We can not track international orders once it arrives in your country. We guarantee your package will arrive in your country, but are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise after your package leaves the USPS and is accepted by your local customs.

International orders are not eligible for certain promotional codes.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

SINFUL JEWELS charges sales tax for orders shipped in Texas. The sales tax rate depends on city and county guidelines.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately, we are not able to take returns on any items or exchanges.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed into production. Customers are responsible to pay for all services completed prior production such as graphics and illustration.
